With the rapid development of Internet, online test has been deep into every aspect of social life.The traditional paper-based test is gradually replaced by the network paperless test. The reason whythere are still paper-based test, is not because of the technical implementation, but of limited accessto the outside conditions. But for psychological testing, test results are used to describe theobjective situation of the subject itself, the answer doesn’t matter right or wrong. What’s more, italso has no need to prevent cheating in subjects, so online psychological test is more likely to getthe application and popularization. Currently on the market various kinds of psychological testsystem emerge, subjected to the conditions of testing purposes and contents, testing system isgenerally designed for one kind of psychological test alone. In this paper, the civil aviation securitypersonnel psychological test system, is designed for the mental health test of civil aviationenterprise security personnel. The system is under the drive of the requirement for Shandongairlines business’s design and develop, and it also combine with the analysis of psychological testscale provided by Shandong Normal University institute of psychology, making full use of existingresources.Psychological test system for security personnel often rely on traditional online examinationsystem, the result of statistics is always by artificial statistics, the work is too tedious, and it alsoneeds special system to solve the problem of a particular industry. Due to the particularity of mentaltest scale’s scores statistics, scores statistics not only need to consider the age and gender of thesubject, and grade statistical formula, but also need to consider each different ways of scale scoring.Currently common practice is a set of mental test scale, corresponding to develop a correspondingtest system, these restrictions cause psychological testing cost is too high, input and output ratio isrelatively low. Therefore, this system solves the problem that a set of system corresponding to a setof test scale through "pre-configured scoring strategy". Put out psychological crisis interventionafter tested, or test again after its training used the transformation topic, in order to examine theeffects of psychological crisis intervention or training. Not only does it simplify the work of thepsychological test, but also can improve the utilization of the system.In addition, this system also increased the warning function according to the level that shown intest result. In data mapping, color piece of the pie chart or bar chart according to the test warninglevel to display the configuration of the scale. It can easily see that red alert on the pie chart, what’smore, it also can directly view the details of the crowd and superior leadership, and put out thepsychological crisis intervention directly, so that to shorten the time from finding problems tosolving the problem.According to the project promoting order, this paper introduce the implementation of civilaviation security personnel psychological test system respectively from several aspects like therelated technical preparation, feasibility analysis and system design to the realization of the projectand so on.
