Aiming at these problems such as time-consuming about paving communication equipment,great difficulty on debugging the equipment in site,high cost,and dangers about the field operation existed in the oil-field,the thesis builds the digital oil-field wellhead parameter simulation system,designs the monitoring software which conforms to this system,and simulates the data transmission process about the digital oil-field indicator diagram.Firstly,the production status of wellhead in the oil-field is analyzed;the function requirements and the key technology of the simulation system are described,a simulation system platform based on the parameters of the wellhead is built,and the overall scheme of the system is designed in detail,according to the function requirements of the simulation system,the interface design of the monitoring software is completed respectively from three aspects:the interface module of the system management platform,the interface module of the monitoring software and the signal source equipment,the interface module of the monitoring software and the RTU equipment.Secondly,the communication protocol on F8913 ZigBee data transmission module and the Modbus communication protocol are researched;the communication protocol suitable for the system is designed at the same time,and the process design of data transmission is completed based on the demand for data processing of indicator diagram.And then,the programming of the monitoring software is accomplished by the C#language in the VS2010 development environment.Combining with the construction of the hardware system and the design of the software system,the test of the digital signal,analog signal and the data storage about the indicator diagram is completed,finally the design and implementation of the monitoring software for digital oil-field wellhead parameter simulation system is accomplished.Experimental results show that the construction of the simulation system platform is reasonable,the design of the monitoring software can meet the basic needs,excellent operation and the indicator diagram seems like the shape of the parallelogram,the curvilinear trend is in line with the regular of the original data.The correct operation of the system are ready for realizing the target on completing the joint debugging of the field devices initially inthe laboratory or the production companies,and lay a foundation for the realization of debugging the equipments in the oil-field faster and reducing the workload of the site debugging finally.
