In recent years, wireless sensor network technology gradually is closelyrelated to people living and working in many areas to get a better application.ZigBee is a cheap, low-power short-range wireless network communication oftechnology, mainly suitable for automatic control and remote control can beembedded in a variety of devices. ZigBee and data acquisition technologyintegration, has broad application value. Data acquisition technology as animportant part of information technology, more and more be attentioned. ZigBeetechnology is applied to the data acquisition system, in order to achieve the basicapplication of wireless communication technology in the data acquisition system.The system has the advantage of stability, the external circuit is simple, reliabledata transmission.Wireless data acquisition system hardware design, including the coordinatornodes and terminal nodes. The hardware design of the coordinator node includesreceiving data from the terminal nodes; data transmission to the coordinator ofthe microprocessor, the microprocessor through the RS-232interface with a PCto interact. Terminal node of the hardware design, including the acquisition ofindustrial field signal, the signal from the PT100thermal resistance, type Kthermocouple, PN junction, and industrial-site standard input current (4~20mA)and industrial-site standard input voltage (1~5V); collection to the analog signalsent to the microprocessor of the terminal nodes by amplification of the circuitand A/D converter circuit; ZigBee wireless transmission to send data to thecoordinator node.Wireless data acquisition system software design consists of three parts ofthe coordinator node, end node and host computer. The coordinator node andterminal nodes are micro-processing, wireless communications chips, protocolstack, serial port initialization, interrupt enable. In addition, the coordinator nodealso need to implement networking, data reception and data linear process; terminal node to join the network, data acquisition and analog A/D converter.By the hardware, networking ability, communication ability to penetrate thetest can be seen, the ZigBee technology applied to wireless data acquisitionsystem with the feasibility of, and the system has a good transmission efficiency.
