With the application of new devices and new control technology,the higher requirement is raised for the motor speed measurement and control in the control system,and in this paper the mini system based on the MSP430 MCU is presented.The hall sensor is used for the motor speed measurement,the pulse count is achieved in MSP430 MCU digital interface after amplification and filtering circuit and the real motor speed is transmitted to the serial port and LED displays.The system alarms if the motor speed beyond the set value.The motor speed set value is completed on MCU controller and other different function‘s key input and the communication function is achieved by serial port.This paper introduces the principle and realization method of the motor speed measurement based on the hall sensor in detail,and introduces the automatic speed control method under the condition of the set value of motor.This paper respectively analyzes the PID control,fuzzy PID control and neural network PID control method and corresponding simulation graphics are achieved.The design of the overall system hardware circuit is introduced,and the main of motor hall sensor measurement system of the whole hardware circuit is introduced,as well as the wisdom of hall sensor motor measurement system of the overall design of the hardware.it is designed of MSP430 MCU as the core of hardware circuit,including the filter circuit,amplifying circuit,power circuit,RS485 circuit,etc.This paper introduces the software realization method of the MCU signal gathering,the overall work process,single-chip microcontroller serial data interaction process,alarm function,and key function of the overall process.For the realization of the function of the fuzzy PID control in detail.This paper designs the speed the PC interface of MATLAB GUI on display and speed control system,and completes the PC interface flow chart of the whole system.This project combines the sensor technology and micro controller,the design and development of the motor speed system based on hall sensor is achieved,and the motor speed and high precision,non-contact measurement and performance monitoring is achieved,which has an important significance and application value for the normal course of industrial and agricultural production testing and further performance optimization such as motor,spindlerotating equipment.This research uses the Hall sensor to realize the motor speed measurement,based on MSP430 MCU as the main controller through the learning of the value of motor speed development dynamic.At the same time,the non-contact measurement and LED display are achieved by the effective combination of sensor technology and micro controller.The alarm will work and relay switch will protect the circuit if the motor speed out of the set value,which has a high performance of the system.The test shows that the design of the hardware circuit and software program is correct,which meets the design requirements.
