Photovoltaic power generation gradually takes up a larger proportion in energy consumption,and investment in photovoltaic power generation at home and abroad is also growing.Photovoltaic panel arrays are easy to generate dust on the surface in open space.Photovoltaic power generation efficiency is greatly affected by the gray of surface area of the photovoltaic panels In this paper,a photovoltaic cleaning device for photovoltaic power stations is designed,which can be high-efficiency and high-quality cleaning photovoltaic panels of large areas Its structural and mechanical properties are analyzed.According to the layexut of the photovoltaic panel matrix of photovoltaic power station,the overall scheme of the photovoltaic panel cleaning device was given.Combine the force analysis of the cylinder,calculate the position of each hinge point,and pefform structural design on its manipulator.The Prole software was used to build a three-dimensional model of the boom,head stick,and cleaning head,and assembled to form the manipulator.According to the vertical and horizontal forces of the manipulator,the spatial force of each hinge point is calculated and analyzed Select three special conditions,analyze the load,as a basis for further analysis and structural optimization.The finite element analysis software was used to analyze the static stress and deformation of boom and the head stick respectively.Thc results showed that both the strength and rigidity of the manipulator meet the requirements and there is a light weight margin.The modal analysis of the boom and head stick yielded natural frequencies and mode shapes.The harmonic response analysis of the boom and the head stick and the random vibration analysis under the C-class road excitation were performed to examine the dynamic characteristics of the manipulator.Topology optimization of the manipulator tgives six optimization schemes.Under the harsh working conditions,the static analysis of each scheme was conducted,and the optimal results were obtained by comparing the rcsults.The modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and random vibration analysis of the optimization scheme make the optimized weight of the boom and head bar lighter and achieve the desired optimization effect.
