With the rapid development of the logistics industry,logistics efficiency requirements become higher,and in all aspects of logistics,handling and transport is one of the most important aspects.In order to improve logistics efficiency,the efficiency of handling and transport becomes particularly important.In this paper,the authors explore the handling manipulator its role is to handling and transport and improving the efficiency of logistics.But with all load-bearing parts,the handling manipulator was also in alternating high-intensity loading,so it also happens fatigue failure.Therefore,for the parts of handling manipulator should meet the strength and stiffness requirements,but also meet the design requirements of fatigue strength,in order to prevent fatigue failure accident.The strength of the overall structure of the handling manipulator determine the efficiency and life of the entire device,and is an important security guarantee ring.Therefore,It is very necessary take static analysis,dynamic analysis and fatigue life calculation to the handling manipulator.Before the traditional research methods on the mechanical structure,generally must be simplified and estimation of the parameters of components,obviously this result is not accurate.Therefore,the author use the ABAQUS finite element analysis software for corresponding to the structures of handling manipulator taking statics and dynamics analysis.We hope that this method can provide some valuable reference for future similar handling manipulator structure.By the static analysis,the results show that the use of split components to calculate the strength and stiffness of each parts is an effective method,and the results of the analysis of each parts is within the allowable range.The inserting and removing parts static analysis indicates the maximum stress location was the roots of the plunger,but the position of maximum strain is the tip of the plunger,they are within the allowable range of strength and stiffness.Static analysis of X-axis walking beam show,although middle location of walking beam is the stress,displacement larger location,but also in line with strength and stiffness requirements.In this paper,for the inserting and removing parts and X-axis walking beam taking before 6 stages modal analysis respectively use the modal analysis module in ABAQUS.The results of modal analysis allows us to see the inserting and removing parts and X-axis walking beam at different type load and different direction its effect.In fact,the role of modal analysis is to avoid occurrence common vibration or presence of unwanted vibration modes,but also can optimize the structure on the basis of the analysis results.In this paper,the author use ABAQUS explicit dynamics analysis module to the X-axis walking beam of handling manipulator taking transient dynamic analysis.The analysis showed that the structure of the displacement,velocity and acceleration response trends and structure suffered shock load lifting mode of action basically consistent,meets the actual work of handling manipulator.Due to the damping effect caused energy consumption,over time,the entire vibration system change into diminishing vibration of diminishing amplitude,in line with the design specifications.In this paper,the author use damage tolerance design method to calculate the fatigue life of handling manipulator,this method is the most widely used method of calculating the fatigue life,because it can not only calculate the fatigue life of components,it can also calculate the remaining life of the structure.
