In view of the demand of the domestic cable wiring work removing the artificial,this paper designs an automatic wiring system instead of the traditional manual wiring to complete the high speed,high precision,high strength,high stability of the wiring work.This paper designs and establishes models of three partial systems of mechanical system of automatic wiring system:pre bunched cable storage subsystem,wiring manipulator subsystem,cable wiring subsystem.Focus on the design and study of the manipulator subsystem.The three subsystems have different functions,finally realize the working process of cable wiring and satisfy the wiring technology indicators.In this paper,the mathematical model of movement of the manipulator arm is established,and the dynamic analysis and precision-time efficiency optimization analysis are carried out by using Matlab software.According to the data analysis,the rationality of the design is verified,and the feasibility of the whole system is verified further.
