Among the applications of the solar energy, heat collector of solar energy for heating water is being extensively applied. Through exploring the energy from the nature, this technology is particularly important for today's society to relieve the stress from lack of sources. The solar heater product has become the one of the products which have rapidest development and biggest demand in our renewable energy source market. However, the current market, the control system of the Solar Water Heater constitute of the MCU chip in the large number. This system has some bad effects. Such as less function, complicated operation, inconvenient control, poor anti-jamming. Besides this system has bad the effect of control to water temperature.Based on the above reason, the paper rested on the fuzzy control algorithm, taking the FPGA chip as the main body, designing a set to have the solar heating and the electric heating union constant temperature fuzzy control system. This set of systems have the following merits: may had custom-made the instruction, the online revision hardware circuit to be possible, the exterior expansion ability to be strong, the easy to operate, the development cycle is short, the development cost is low.This system used integration development kit MAX+PLUSⅡ, using the design method up - bottom. Firstly, it designed outer hardware circuit module, including temperatrue test module, Keyboard circuit module, Display module, FPGA, water test module, water control and temperature control module. Secondly, it adopted a way from top to bottom and design each small module, involve: time module, processor. it have made function and time debugging. Finally, in the top, it give the graphic editor file.This paper study the aiding heat system of solar energy heat collector by adopting intellectual technology, the main task is that designing a system of reliable and steady thermostatic control on condition that economical efficiency, practicability, scientific.
