With the background of sustainable development, more and more public buildings tend to be larger, bigger, high quality of fresh air, like shopping center, large gymnasium, display center, etc. This kind of building is energy consumption in the winter with the winter heating system,which is the same with summer seasons.Compared to fierce social energy demand, it gives us difficulty. According to this problem, a new system called The Monitoring System for Solar-Heating Fresh Air is brought up to solve this problem. In one hand, it responds to the government's sustainable development, in the other hand, solar energy is clean energy, which is inexhaustible in supply and always available for use.This paper is based on the Monitoring System for Solar-Heating Fresh Air project, using intelligent control techniques to realize artificial intelligence in traditional industries.The whole solution is based on CAN field bus as communication network, professional sensor as information collector, intelligent control as host control.In the paper, there is systematically introduction of the Monitoring System for Solar-Heating Fresh Air's design demand and running mode.While different situations, like sunny or raining day, more specific system demand is needed. According to characteristic of Fresh Air system running,system structure, not only the system design is realized, but also the type of professional sensor, professional actuator, the scale of CAN-BUS is ascertained, and also fuzzy control is being chosen as intelligence control method.In the meanwhile, the experiment platform is built.Different system running modes both auto-running and mode-altering are tested, which behave very excellent.In light of the heating characteristic, system's simulink is made at first, then the actual experiment is to be done.Compared with traditional PID control, intelligent control could have multi-variable input and multi-output.It is more suitable for actual system, for there are several factors determine the system's characteristic. There is more human being's intelligence could be put into control strategy, so that the system's function could be better, and more intelligent. In the paper, the control strategy is combined with actual project. With the help of PID control, NNC, the algorithm is being improved, system could run in more better state, especial in the solar direct heating mode, PCM heating mode and solar heating while saving mode.
