Realization Technology Study Of Integrated Office Automation System

Increasing systems of this kind have come forth.By analyzing present situation and the application correlative technology of the Office Automation system, this paper has elaborated Web solution of Office Automation system based on J2EE platform. From the realization of the following several aspects of the system, the paper has conducted the research and the discussion in three aspects, including system architecture, and building the model of the work flows, realization on layer of logic:(1) The system architecture and develop platform. The system was developed by B/S three layers structures. Based on J2EE platform it has developed the JianAn Office Automated system .The system has selected the J2EE environment as its developing platform which can shorten the cycle and reduce the cost of the development.(2) Synthetic Designing of the online Office system. the systematic functions was divided Six parts system management,work flows management,personal affairs,circulation of official document,public information and works of ordinary times. At the same time it has realized module system management and module work flows management .(3) Realization on the basis of the role's security visit. The system has made certain change on role relation of primitive model, primitive role target was divided into different classifications, and according to different classifications carrying on the awarding of role's authority, the complexity of relations of the role was simplified in the primitive model. Based on the role's security visit including: the authority controll, identity authentication etc., At the same time the system has realized the further goal of security systematically - security E-mail.
