Based on Internet Social media products tend to become a new media channel and boom develop in Internet because of the high speed development of computer network technology at today. More and more people are joining the social media like Facebook, WeiBo, WeChat, etc.. People share their experiences or opinions about product in social media. As a topic which concerned by enterprise, In the past the media dealt with crisis, but currently the lead opinion in social media play a key role to push crisis to change in every seconds. Enterprise try to benefit from the people public opinion and provide better service to company.The article summarizes some basic functions of enterprise’s social media public opinion analysis and Customer Relation Management system after do research to different enterprises. We combine with Customer Relation System and have different way to deal with different public opinion. Users only need to focus on the data they are interested in. According to the standard method and procedure of software development, after completed the system high level design and low level design. Based on Oracle Siebel global standard functionality and own database structure, we completed the major function modules development for social media public opinion analysis system by Siebel tools. In accordance with the standard theory of software testing methods, we defined the test method and test steps, user complete the functional testing and system testing. The test result shows that the system meets user requirements.
