In today's society, biometric authentication technology has been widely used in o ur life.Due to the stability and uniqueness of the fingerprint image, as well as the tech nical theory of fingerprint identification technology is mature and very high practicabi lity, so at present fingerprint authentication becomes the most popular, the most reliab le and widely used one of the personal authentication technologies.Automatic fingerpr int verification system, has been widely used in many areas, such as mobile phone, id entity CARDS, electronic commerce, automatic bank and so on.By collecting and analyzing at home and abroad in recent years the fingerprint ve rification of theory study, academic papers, test data and other professional informatio n, common algorithms of fingerprint identification involved, including fingerprint ima ge collection, fingerprint feature extraction and fingerprint image matching validation,etc., we develop and apply the fingerprint management system.In this paper, the main research and development to complete the work from the following several aspects:First:Based on the research of the fingerprint image preprocessing method, from enhance the fingerprint image, reduce the error recognition, since the fingerprint acqui sition as a reliable and accurately provide a feasible method.Fingerprint image feature extraction is mainly to extract fingerprint feature points and the details of the position.Through synthetic two collections of image synthesis from the final feature image.Second:Build a fingerprint database, through the fingerprint database of the finge rprint image and personnel information associate each other, to quickly identify and v erify the identity.Third:Through designning completion control management interface, controlling the process of establishing management interface to fingerprint and fingerprint databa se manager link, form a complete fingerprint authentication system.
