With the Chinese continuous enlargement of opening-up to the outside world and gradual deepening of reform of the economic system, it is imperative to improve existing occupational health supervision and management of the administrative system and strengthen the building of health supervision office automation system.Tianjin Health Supervision Office set up “Office Automation(OA) System” in 2003. With time passing by, the drawbacks of this system are gradually revealing themselves. Unable to meet users' office needs now, it has seriously affected information construction of Tianjin Health Supervision Office. This thesis tries to solve such problems as how to make the most of the existing resources and how to upgrade and rebuild the system in a more scientific way so as to adapt the requirements of the industry development.Based on the study on merits and demerits of the existing OA system and users' practical needs of Tianjin Health Supervision Office, this thesis determines the main orientation of upgrading and rebuilding through the requirements analysis of the system. Given users' practical business function and office characters, this system takes B/S Architecture as the main part, Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2010 as development platform for programming, and NET Framework SDK v4.0 edition as development framework. In accordance with the uniform development of health supervision system, with MVC selected as the unified development model, Oracle 10 G is built as the system database platform.This thesis involves optimizing the system architecture, extending and upgrading functions, popularizing and use of key management system, strengthening data archiving management, historical data processing, processing and application of high-end electronic equipment and technologies and so on. By exploitation and application of relative technologies, the final design goal of system performance improvement, functional adaptation, scientific management, easy and simple operation and strong expansibility can be reached.Through the upgrading and rebuilding of OA system in this thesis, office procedure is optimized, office efficiency improved, consumption of office supplies reduced, system security reinforced, and the process of information construction of local health supervision work promoted.
