Intelligent Temperature Control System Research For Laminating Machine

With the rapid development of modern social economy and people's livelihood,the quality requirements of printed products are also increasing.In the postpress process coating film for printed matter is a common and effective treatment method to improve print quality.It can improve the user feeling and extend the life time of printed matters.However,one of the difficulties in the film process is the precise temperature control of the coating film temperature.This paper is research on the method of temperature control for the M420 digital laminating machine which is designed by Meiguan Automation Equipment Co.Ltd.and Hangzhou Dianzi University.The first chapter analyzed the research background and significance of laminating machine at first,and then summarized the research status and development trend of temperature control system for laminating machine in domestic and overseas.Finally,it described the research object and the main research contents in this paper.The second chapter analyzed the structure of the M420 laminating machine heat system in detail,Established simplified heat transfer model from the quartz heating tube to heating roller outer layer,to make us deeply understand laminating machine heating components in theoretical way.It provided the basis for subsequent controller parameters setting.The third chapter focused on the intelligent temperature control method for laminating machine.Firstly,I introduced the classic PID control and its parameters self-tuning method.Then I introduced the application of laminating machine temperature intelligent control form expert control in detail.Finally this chapter gives the laminating machine parameters setting rules that under different working conditions and verified by experiments.The fourth chapter mainly introduced the software and hardware design of laminating machine intelligent temperature control system.This chapter firstly analyzed the laminating machine overall function requirement,then designed the main program flow chart and the laminating machine man-machine interaction interface of intelligent temperature control system based on the functions of the laminating system.Finally this chapter designed the hardware of laminating machine temperature control system.In this paper's the research and test,the intelligent temperature control system has stable and great control effect,it's adjust time is less than 800 s and the control precision is plus or minus 1°C.It has been widely used in production of pre-filming laminating machine M420.
