The satellite communication industry which is one of the strategic industry in China, has a very high value in the national economy, national security and many other aspects. The ground station is an important part of the satellite communication system, mainly responsible for receiving, processing and transmitting satellite signals. The traditional ground station has fixed position, and reduces the effectiveness of receiving satellite data, limiting the application of satellite technology, and therefore need to build miniaturized mobile station. Mobile station strict requirements for its carrying equipment in volume and power consumption etc.. The traditional ground station relies on high performance computers with large volume, high power consumption. But the mobile station has strict requirements on the volume and power consumption of the equipment. According to the requirement of small size of mobile station satellite data processing system to reduce the system size, reduce the power consumption as the goal, using embedded hardware solution to design mobile station data analysis processing system.This thesis focuses on the design of a high speed satellite data analysis module based on FPGA, the module for CCSDS AOS protocol specification of satellite data for efficient data extraction. The thesis starts from satellite data analysis module of the functional requirements and performance requirements, studying CCSDS AOS protocol and analysis of satellite data analysis process, design the corresponding hardware structure for realizing satellite data analysis processing. Analysis circuit uses pipeline design to improve the data processing speed, to meet the needs of the real-time analysis of satellite data.As a part of the satellite data processing system the module hangs on to the Leon3 processor, which based on satellite data processing on the SOC platform. In view of the requirements of high bandwidth data analysis module, the module will be mounted on Leon3 platform with the AHB bus, so design of AHB bus interface for data analysis module is also one of the subject work.Finally, the system verification platform is set up to complete the simulation and verification work. The results show that the system can meet the design goals of low latency and high throughput, and it can realize the high speed resolution processing of satellite data. The system hardware structure is of small size, low power consumption, and meets the application needs of mobile station. At the same time, the design has practical application value and laid a foundation for the follow-up researching work of practical application.
