The Predicament And Solution Of National Intangible Cultural Heritage

The communication of Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)is dynamic and active,which depends on people carriers by means of oral instruction and rote memory.This way of inheritance depends on inheritor to a great extend,easily causing the attenuation or disappearance of cultural connotation In the process of transmission.Along with the globalization and digital age pushing forward,the emergence of new forms of media brings a certain impact to the spread of non-material cultural heritage.Intangible cultural heritage of traditional communication and promotion mainly relays on some forms,such as oral,text and images etc.If we continue to use the original way and don't try to innovate,the spread of non-material cultural heritage could face the embarrassing situation of being left out.For this,we have to think about new communication channels and spreading ways of intangible cultural heritage.This paper will take the national intangible cultural heritage-TongLiang Dragon dance as the research object.The study analyzesTongliang dragon,from the perspective of communication studies,hoping to be able to explore the communication roads to practical significance.In 2006,TongLiang Dragon dance,Zhanjiang Man-Dragon Dance,Shanwei Rolling Golden Dragon,Pujiang Bench-Dragon,Changxing Dried Bean Curd Dragon,Fenghua Clothing Dragon and Luzhou Rainy Altar Chromatic Dragon were listed as the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage together."Tongliang Dragon monograph " was listed in the municipal intangible cultural heritage list.Tongliang Dragon dance at the same time is one of the top ten Bayu folk arts.TongLiang Dragon dance has repeatedly performed on big events and won prizes at home and abroad,enjoying high reputation.The government,aiming at the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage protection,determined the guideline of "protection is a lord,rescue the first,reasonable exploitation,inheritance and development".At the same time,strengthen intangible cultural heritage research,identification,preservation and dissemination.National protection of intangible cultural heritage is gradually to the systematic,professional and scientific,and we are supposed to pay more attention to the protection and inheritance of TongLiang Dragon dance.With Tongliang Dragon dance as the research object,this paper analyzes the status quo,difficulties and solutions of dissemination,exploring new way of communication channels of Tongliang Dragon dance.Its inheritance and transmission is a long-term,systematic,comprehensive object which involves the government,society,performing arts companies,people etc.We should use the theory of modern communication and media technology to gradually build up dimensional dissemination network of Tongliang Dragon,which fuses history,art and market audience.It plays an essencial role in enhancing the social recognition of Tongliang Dragon dance and group identity,promoting the development of Tongliang culture and enhancing the brand image of Tongliang.
