The system adopts the B/S structure and the MVC mode of Struts framework, and combines with the database design, object-oriented, the principle of software engineering, and uses the three layer architecture. In the process of system design, the system also uses Servlet, JSP, Javascript technology for system design and development. In addition, the SQL Server 2012 is adopted as the system database.The Minsheng Securities budget control and expense management system is mainly divided into five functional, including:the budget management, cost management, financial management, business controls and report statistical analysis. Among them, the budget management consists of budgeting, budget view changes, rolling budget management, and budget execution statistics. The cost management has realized the travel management, lending management, payment management and daily expenses. The financial management is made up of the basic information setting, financial auditing, comprehensive query, payment management and financial index analysis. The business control includes the budget control, the cost control, the contract control and the access control. The statistical analysis report business is made up of the report type management, staff management and custom reports three functions.The Minsheng Securities budget control and expense management system has been established, which makes the company’s business more malleable, and more efficiency in the process of financial management and expenses.
