Design And Implementation Of Travel Management System Based On Domino Platform

With the China's economy rapid developing and overall national strength growing, more and more companies step into a critical stage of development, mostly facing lots of important tasks, such as:business upgrade, infrastructure and marketing expansion and so on. Obviously, the travel management is becoming the cornerstone of these significant tasks. Travel management system developed in this thesis not only get rid of the many links, large amount of manual processing, error-prone, inefficient, poor security and other shortcomings in the traditional OA travel management, but also have the advantage of high-efficiency, high-precision and high transparency, which lies the research and development purpose of this system.The travel management system developed in this thesis on the basis of IBM Domino platform mainly includes three parts:travel program approval, travel fees control and travel expense reimbursement. While greatly improved the company's internal staff travel convenience and efficiency, it facilitate the unity management of the company's travel management.At the same time, on the basis of the travel management system, this thesis also developed background data processing of the travel management system. Its main role is to resolve internal predefined travel business process diagrams, and according to the specific aspects setting of the links, inform the involved dealer to complete the reject, endorse or approval action based on the actual business needs, thus completing the travel electronic document circulation process.The statistics of the actual number of the system users indicated that this system basically meet the actual needs of the enterprise and greatly improved the company's internal travel management efficiency, and has certain social application value in the field of collaborative office.
