This paper introduces a design of computer system for the low price Industrial Computerized Tomography. Concerning with the data acquisition system of the series of CD-50BG Industrial Computerized Tomography, we design the data collection system in the CD-50BG Industrial Computerized Tomography over again. This article also discusses the improved design of core parts in detail.During the development and research of CD-50BG Industrial Computerized Tomography, not considering that WINDOWS98 is a multitask operating system, and the system of data acquisition is a real time system, and neither data acquisition nor transmission is interrupted ,so it happens that the data loses under the WINDOWS98 OS. For the solution to the data losing, we design the data collection system in the CD-50BG Industrial Computerized Tomography over again, and by adding FIFO delay on the card of data acquisition, the quality of data transmission is improved. Based on the above, the technology of hardware interrupt is carried out, and at the same time, in order to improve the reliability of interrupt transmission, this design carries out the VxD technology to improve the PRI of interrupt response of WINDOWS98 multitask operating system. All these improved designs rather enhance the steady and reliability of CD-50BG Industrial Computerized Tomography.With the development of the design of digital system, the CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) has been applied extensively. This design adopts the programmable logic device in large quantity in order to relieve the problems of low stability and reliability caused by too many chips and too large card area. The complicated programmable logic devices adopted in our design belong to the FLEX6000 family of Altera Corporation. It is proved through practices that the system is more reliable, flexible and secret with the adoption of programmable devices.In the design, we make use of the two powerful EDA tools of MAX+Plus II and Protel1 99. Using MAX+Plus II to intergrate the TTL circuits of all the circuits make the routing of the whole board very smooth. Based on the above, the auto-routing design and the imitating-test improve the quality of routing and decrease the errors of hand-routing by Protel1 99,which makes a good design.
