In the production process, the car, milling, planing, grinding, clamp and other machining equipment and mold are often used in the traditional manufacturing, and they are difficult to manufacture complex geometry of the prototype parts, so that the speed of new product development cannot keep up with the change of social demand widely. In contrast, the rapid prototyping technology makes the prototype parts manufacturing is simple, short cycle, low cost, able to adapt to the diverse needs of modern products, and three-dimensional printing technology is one of it. Therefore, the development of a set of three-dimensional printer head drive control system has important practical significance.As a core component of the three-dimensional printing, the printer head drive control system is the key to the development. This thesis firstly introduces the background and significance of domestic and forming a three-dimensional printing technology and the basic working principles of three-dimensional printing technology, analyzes the development of printer head. Referring to the overall structure of a three-dimensional printer, the piezoelectric nozzle Galaxy SL-128 printer head is used for three-dimensional printing system. Taking into account the printer head to control the pulse timing requirements strictly and higher signal frequency, STM32 microcontroller is selected as the core controller. Then the modular design of the hardware circuit of the drive control system of three-dimensional printing based on STM32. Through the analysis of the driving timing of the nozzle, the design requirements and overall structure of the underlying software development of the drive system are presented, and a structured and modular design method based on SPI bus data transmission is also put forward, and every communication sub-module function of the system is determined. The end of this thesis is the design and preparation of driver program for SPI serial bus data transmission module, impulse control module and clock control module. Finally, the research results were targeted for testing.Through the experiments, the effect of spraying shows that timing control and data printing is accurate, stable and reliable, basically achieves the expected effect. Finally, the defects of rapid prototyping system and the subsequent development of three-dimensional printing are put forward.
