Three Dimensional Printing (3D-Printing) is one of the most vital of the rapidprototyping technology, suits to new products development in the field of mechanicalengineering, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering. As a kind ofeconomic-rapid prototyping technology, it has low cost, high reliability, compactequipment, quiet and high rapid prototyping speed etc. And it also can make a part indifferent materials and colors. It has an enormous application potential and broad marketprospects.This paper aims to the problem of jetting of the bio-ink with high viscosity、highdensity which restricts the3D-printing technology development, studies a micropiezoelectric head s driving timing and working principle, puts forward a method ofcontrolling this printer head based on FPGA. Secondly, this paper comes up with amethod of adaptive jet drive control method. This method firstly measures the changesof flow pressure by piezoelectric element, calculates the corresponding pressure wavecycle, according to the pressure wave cycle, adjusts the drive pulse width to realize theinjection of the different parameters physical. And then estimates the droplet exitvelocity and introduces to the feedback control strategy to adjust the amplitude of thedrive pulse, which is to achieve the expected of the injection speed,to avoid orificesclogging and to realize the biological agents drop-on-demand (DOD). CFD simulationresults show that the method is effective. Finally, this paper designs the3D-printingexperiment device, analyses several factors which influence the cell printing by cellprinting experiment.
