SINS system has been widely applied in different fields of military, aviation, aerospace,aircraft, etc.Vibration and shock will likely inspire SINS produce more resonance peaks,reduce navigation precision and strong vibration can cause system instability or damage toelectronic components performance, thus affecting the normal work.SINS introducingintelligent design, a study of smart structures active vibration control technology, reducingthe dynamic error SINS, for improving the strategic and tactical precision strike weapons,and expand the application SINS field, reduce the cost inertial navigation system has greatsignificance.For the piezoelectric smart structure control drive system design requirements, throughaccess to relevant literature, developed piezoelectric smart structure control drive systemdesign.Which mainly include high voltage drive power system designed micro controllerand control algorithm.Micro controller will be collected vibration signal transmitted throughEMIF module DSP algorithm processing, and then passes through the signal processingalgorithm DA converter drive power is transmitted to the high-pressure system, thepiezoelectric ceramic piezoelectric effect by the vibration system are inhibition, to achievethe design goal.First, according to performance requirements, to determine the drive power supplyvoltage-driven DC-multiplying circuit design and EMC design of the piezoelectric drivepower core circuit design, over-current protection circuit and a phase compensation circuitand other peripheral circuits.Secondly, the data acquisition unit designed to drive the output, including acquisitionmodule AD, DA converter module, hardware design DDR2-SDRAM cache module andFLASH memory modules, FPGA and DSP communication of soft core processorcustomization, DDR2-SDRAM controller EMIF interface design and the design of the controller.Then, research PID control theory, build a smart structure PID control algorithmsimulation models, respectively, for a sinusoidal signal, the pulse signal and step signal asthe signal three cases the accused PID control simulation. Control signal appears for thesimulation of the accused signal in time lag phenomenon related improvements areproposed.Finally, build the test system for drive power performance testing prototypepiezoelectric drive power system performance test drive and smart structure PID controlalgorithm output signal test. Experimental results show that the static motor drive powerlike a good performance, with a good drive capability, control signal and charged with nophase lag signal, to achieve effective control of the controlled signal.
