The Design And Implementation Of Modular Integrated Measurement And Control Experimental Platform

An integrated measurement and control experimental platform is designed by modular method with three existed experimental platform. These three experiment platform are respectively measurement and control experimental platform, X- Y two-dimensional motion platform and warehouse bench experimental platform. It meet the needs of the experimental courses, such as mechanical design, pneumatic technology, mechanical and electrical transmission, detection technology, microcomputer control, etc. Not only do it meet the demand of improving equipment utilization, but also it provide a well platform for students' practical ability and vocational teacher training.First, Study the original three experimental platform and know modular design concept,the idea of doing modular design to these platform as logistics automation experimental platform is advanced;Second, Integrated measurement and control experimental platform overall design and modular design is completed. Each module can work independently to do experiment, and can do more comprehensive experiment by combing different experimental module;Third, The function design of hardware in control system is completed. The basic function such as sensor signal acquisition and the control of relay and solenoid valve is available.Fourth, Completed the hardware of machine vision detection unit and the software of basic image recognition.Fifth, Overall control system software design of automation system is completed based on Matlab R2011 b, including GUI interface design, control algorithm design and hybrid programming of C with Matlab.Sixth, Basic experiment such as color recognition, robot control,etc is designed and comprehensive experiment such as pneumatic control, etc is designed.At present, the integrated measurement and control experimental platform that the author is involved in design and development is manufactured and assembled.
