Over the years, in the field of process control, MATLAB because of itspowerful data processing capabilities is used for system simulation. Even in themonitoring system, the visual interface capabilities of other monitoring softwareand MATLAB connected to achieve animation connection. Using MATLABedited intelligent control algorithm as the main control to monitor the controlprocess. It is possible to achieve the monitoring function, but related to thecombination of multiple software, easily lead to instability of the system. Thisexperiment is completely based on the MATLAB software, writing the controlalgorithm, using GUI functions, and monitoring software interface visualization.The stability of the system increased. Using MATLAB GUI can edit screen, andcall any of the MATLAB toolbox function, even use M language to write theuser wants can realize different function.In this paper,the single tank of THJ-type3advanced process controlsystem experimental device as the controlled object,analysing the single-tanksystem,using mixed method to establish the mathematical models of Single tankwater. The single loop process control system, using a measuring sensor, acontroller and an actuator. Single loop system has the advantages of simplestructure, easy to debug, while at the same time to meet with the requirements ofindustrial process control, applicable to the occasion of the less demanding ofquality control, accounting for more than80percent in the control system.This paper introduces the hung grid ICP series intelligent acquisitionmodule. And the realization of the MATLAB and data acquisition card serialcommunication connection. The serial is accessible to a user on data acquisitioncard plug-and-play. Again, using the idea of modularization design, andcompleted a monitoring platform for the basic functions, such as real-time curve,curve of history, historical data, the database connection, the realization ofthree-dimensional animation, printing module, alarm module. Finally, using theM language to write a conventional PID, single neuron PID and fuzzy PID threecontrol algorithms to achieve effective control of the level, and throughMATLAB and database storage, extraction, and finally in a map showing3 different control algorithms, clear, visual comparison of the advantages anddisadvantages of different control strategies.Experimental results show that, due to the single-tank liquid level control,the delay is relatively small, compared to the conventional PID and fuzzy PIDcontrol effect, the single neurons as a result of rapid response speed, highprecision control effect is better.
