Research On Formation And Variation Of The Journalist Group Of World Journal Based On The Perspective Of Career Identity

The World Journal System is the Press Group owned by Cheng Shewo. It lasted 20 years from the first paper'birth in 1924 to the stop of all the papers.It was started in 1920 s when China was threatened by a series of challenges, both external and internal.In the dark ages,it can fight the power and stick to its guns.Many outstanding journalists were attracted in this group. I firstly summarized the position and length of the main journalists at the newspaper based on large number of documents, memoirs and original newspapers etc.And then I analyzed the main reasons of influencing the formation and movement of journalist group and he main reasons leading to this effect combined with the historical environment at that time In my opinion,these journalists come into the group because of various reasons such as economy, culture, friend relationship and likewise resigned because of various reasons.In this paper,I organizied the historical materials of these journalists to analyze the main reasons why they come and resigned from the group.And at last,I also analyze the hardships they may encounter in career identity.
