Top trending topic on weibo presents hot fresh topics, it is ordered by reading number in hours by the unit's real effective number of users.Hot topic turning into offline collective behavior is refers thatemerging on the microblog for discussion but ending in offline physical action.With the rapid development of Internet technology, Internet scale expands unceasingly in our country. The masses of netizens turn from traditional media observer into information instant publishers, communicators,under digital technology unceasingly strength, huge popularity of mobile phones and other mobile Internet access equipment, new media centering on the individual's has arrived, people gradually from the edge to the mainstream.One of the most representative sign is the emergence of the microblogging platform.Weibo topics with low technology threshold, quick information spread and quick heat value lift, strong interactivity, attract more and more netizens to participate in the topic discussion,.Besides,grassroots host participating in the discussion topics, highlights the microblogging platform power center to the grassroots level displacement. once launched, many users to participate in the discussion,and as discussion the rises, topic becomes a hot topic.And relying on network public opinion momentum, the most heated topic, often is able to quick into relevant collective behavior in the real social development and hot topic of virtual online discussion into actual offline behavior.The influence of the hot topic spreads from the virtual world to real world, posing a great impact to the real society.This research treats topics on weibo as the breakthrough point and carries on the classification, finding social class, public welfare, entertainment topics are more likely to become a hot topic, and further studies have found that tragedy and banter, controversial topic more easily to turn into offline events collective behavior with the help of old and new media.Study using the method of content analysis, case study to research the topical subject characteristics and the transformation rule. Choose three cases of events successfully turning into offline collective behavior to study, push the evolution process, explore its events, transformation and the characteristics of the subject stage.Influencing factors in the progress that hot topic on weibo tuining into offline collective behavior are analyzed, a series of countermeasures are put forward,laying a solid foundation to further research on weibo topic and its turning into offline collective behavior.
