Design And Implementation Of Chemical Product Inspection Management System For Jiangsu Quality Monitoring Agency

This paper discusses a software system applied in Jiangsu Product Monitoring&Inspection Agency. With the enriching of the products in markets and inspection workloads and the higher and higher requirements on techniques, there come the stringent improvements on the institute’s management and efficiency. With such background and demands, the system’s functional goal is to be determined as to conduct integrated management to the chemical product quality inspection and quality control business, and covers all the business flow and data information management.This system’s development is focused on chemical products inspection and evaluation particularly in the more precise and quantitative analysis and evaluation supports. The construction is based on the improved business workflow and highly efficient analytical tools. In the agency’s internal product inspection and quality control supervision management flow, every quality control activity has a full cycle which includes many functions such as quality inspection basic information management, quality inspection project contract information and plan information management, quality inspection test assignment management and data management, quality inspection project cost fee management function, etc. The paper analyzes these functions’ detailed demand, design scenario and programming implementation from the view of software engineering, establishes the system’s logic structure, gives database design and internal flow design methods, and also discusses some main programs coding and testing.This system is developed with Java and SQL Server with Web based distributed system architecture. The software is deployed on the platform of wide bandwidth local area network integrating all branch institutes services via virtual private network techniques. It has passed basic testing, test run reports is good and reaches the system’s developing goal.
