In recent years, as the Chinese industry enters global stage, product quality hasbecome the key competitive power increasingly, especially in medical device industry,because of the product specificity, quality is the life of enterprise, quality controlsystem is particularly important in enterprise. SX Company is a national high-techcompany which focuses on research and sale medical device product. The companyhas rapidly developed, with sound quality control system compared with othercompanies in the industry, namely the product quality sampling inspection system onthe basis of GB/T2828.1. The product quality control situation is good in generalwithout major quality accident, but sometimes the product quality control is unstable.The thesis has put forward quality level inspection method model on the basis ofsampling inspection and statistics analysis, and have established sampling inspectionoptimization system at the foundation of product quality level inspection, throughanalysis of SX company sampling inspection system present situation, aiming at theexisting problem, in combination with research result at home and abroad; A casestudy building in0.5ml self-destroyed syringe sampling inspection plan improvedproject, verify the optimized sampling inspection system plan, the result shows: onthe basis of inspection product quality level, through improving product inspectionstandard, it has improved sensitiveness and precision of the sampling inspection planon quality level change, at the same time, reduced sample quantity and productcontrol cost. In addition, the unqualified product lot after improve quality inspectionstandard, have been risk evaluated and judged by6σ, strengthen assessmentscientificity and precision, protect manufacturer benefit.In addition, the sampling inspection optimization system provides a certainreference function for the same industry and other enterprise with similar problems.
