Design And Implementation Of Students Management System Based On J2EE Platform

At present, many colleges and universities in China although has established student management system, but they are not very complete, function still cannot meet the increasing needs of colleges and universities, many still remain in the paper links, waste of administrative staff in Universities of manpower and material resources, and also cause inefficiency management, with the rapid development of information technology. To meet the needs of universities, as the times require, the student management system is growing, which promotes the effective interaction between the various departments and students in Colleges and universities.This system is built this system based on J2 EE platform, using EOS development process, using B/S development model, using the MySQL database, which work for the design, analysis, implementation and testing work of the college students management. For the teacher administrators, the system has user management, student management, performance management and academic management function module; what’s more, for the graduate students, the system has course management, query results and research papers submitted to the function module. The main work and achievements of this paper include:1. The paper describes the information construction situation of University students, the students management system based on J2 EE platform can achieve paperless operation, provide convenience for the teachers and students, can solve the resources waste manpower problems in informatization construction;2. The paper introduces the J2 EE development platform, EOS open platform, B/S development model and MySQL database in detail, which support the related theory and technology of the system. In the later system construction will design and Realization of the use of these techniques;3. Through the actual inspection, we analysis the students management system in detail, including the analysis of the function and performance demand. The function includes basic information maintenance function, curriculum management module, performance management and research training management function. In the performance, we put forward high requirements on the operation and management of the system requirements analysis, and finally it gives system feasibility analysis based on the technical, economic and management of students management.4. According to the requirement analysis, the paper designs a detailed system archit ecture, subdivide the function module of the system in detail according to the demand analysis function module,and expounds the design of database tables.5. Through setting up the system development environment, the paper realizes each function module of student management system, and display the interactive interface.6. The paper realize the system module, testing from the interface test and function two aspects. What’s more, we test and analysis the modular of system management, basic information management, curriculum management, performance management, training management and scientific research management degree,after which the system can be used on-line.
