Design And Implementation Of Customs Service Platform

The Customs at the forefront of informatization construction,it has introduced a variety of information systems,such as electronic port law enforcement system and the customs clearance system,but still use manual way of consultation,the customs clearance process is more complex,there are a large number of user questions every day,we are unable to satisfy the demand of manual processing business,only by continuously increasing operators to meet the requirements,it will increase the cost of service,to change the status quo,improve service levels,service platform for the customs decision.The customs service platform is developed on the basis of J2 EE,and the data is stored by using SQL Server2012.At the same time,the third party gateway technology is used to realize the message notification function of the event,and the mail notification function of the SMTP protocol implementation is realized.The Informatization Plan of the customs service platform consists of requirement analysis,design,implementation and testing,and each part takes on different roles.The system functions include business acceptance,business process,business knowledge base management,basic data management,security management and other modules.According to the requirements of the customs service platform,the design has been completed,including database design and module design.On the basis of design achievement,the implementation of the customs service platform is completed.Firstly,the JXL technology is used to realize the knowledge import function.Finally,a perfect data protection scheme is designed for the system.After the development of the customs service platform,the customs service platform has been tested from two aspects of function and performance.At present,the customs service platform has been constructed and deployed to the actual environment for handling customs service requirements.The use of thecustoms service platform can not only improve the service level of the customs,but also reduce the cost.It is of great significance to the Customs.
