The purpose of the students to study physics is to cultivate and improve the scientific literacy,and in this process, only by making them become the builders of knowledge can they improve their scientific literacy. Concept map, as a means of knowledge organization, can make students'cognitive structure explicit. Therefore, this paper will use the concept of high school students to construct the concept map to evaluate their cognitive structure, and study the formation process of their knowledge structure.In this paper, the comprehensive use of literature research, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis, case study. First of all, on the basis of consulting and collecting the domestic and foreign literature, we read through the relevant works and literature, providing the theoretical support and methodological guidance for the development of this paper. Then, a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out whether the students could use the concept map and accept the concept map.In the early days after the training of the students in the concept map, they were asked to construct the concept map in each new lesson to evaluate their mastery of the new course. When the completion of senior high school physics required a first and two chapter, let the students to"mechanical movement" as the theme of constructing concept map, the number of nodes, statistics student concept map connecting line number and effective connection number of language, and use the data collected for statistical analysis of related software. Select three different levels of the students as a case after the review of the construction of "mechanical movement" concept map,comparative analysis of their review before and after the concept map, draw the relevant conclusions.
