Under the background of social transformation,the education sector schools,families,teachers and students to "love education","the students for this" point of view of understanding deviation,lead to many social events for education and punishment,become one of the concerns of the society.On the one hand,education discipline has been a very controversial problems in the field of school education,schools especially in junior high school education disciplinary legitimacy and rationality,it not only in the education teaching activities often become the focus of attention,sometimes even is becoming a hot spot of society,the social from all walks of life to this comment in succession,however,which seriously affected the normal junior high school stage of education activities.On the other hand,in the face of junior high school students for violations,negative control emotions,such as a laissez-faire spread among teachers,what's more,students' legitimate rights and interests can't guarantee,some students refused to obey the management situation,obviously,education and punishment to clear their own orientation and scientific wa y of disposal.Some social focus on education and punishment,as it were,is influenced by social factors,but this education disciplinary constraint means in the theory research and practice in dire need of support,especially psychological sensitive stages of junior high school.In terms of the current public opinion environment,the social public opinion will punish behavior demonize,teachers naturally reluctant to also dare not to touch "disciplined" this "the high tension line",can kill the law empowers the teachers' rights,also gives some of the students' legal rights and interests caused substantial damage.In this paper,using literature method,questionnaire survey,action research method,the methods of case analysis method to carry out the argument,especially in the process of questionnaire survey,focusing on two aspects,one is education disciplinary problems,such as the misunderstanding of punishment,the educational way of punishment and scope,the desalination education whether the punishment has become a trend,etc.;Second,the principal causes of these problems,such as teachers and parents influenced by traditional concepts,law quality in the embodiment of the teachers and parents on,students,parents and teachers' professional ethics quality of rights consciousness,law enforcement and supervision of education behavior,etc.From that in the junior middle school stage,the education disciplinary problems focused on the widespread violation disciplinary education principle,the desalination disciplinary meaning,etc.,through a combination of both at home and abroad for education disciplinary research,data analysis and field survey,we can see the education function of universal tendency,student rights claims,education authority of infinitely in single tendency and rules of education is the main cause of junior high school education disciplinary problems.How to solve the problem,ask for a junior high school students in education,the disciplinary right of the border as the object of education for the minors in junior high school stage of education,and due to the unique to this one age paragraph the student age,psychological characteristics,their behavior is the childhood of norms and rules of unconditional obedience to the rules for themselves have a choice to comply with,and as a psychological weaning period they are not real democracy,legal ability to decide and take the consequences of their actions,and it is also the initial stages of their world outlook formation.This kin d of reason causes the student behavior of junior high school to have certain blindness,education punishment as an effective means to correct and stop the illegal behavior,and its proper exercise is very important.The goal of this study is to provide th e status quo of chaos of the junior high school stage education disciplinary and some substantial help,is involved in the education of peers to solve some substantive issues,can also provide some useful help growing children.Clear education disciplinary boundaries,therefore,to maintain the balanced development of education ecology,border a breach to solve the education disciplinary dispute thinking helps to locate precisely,choose a focus on students' rights and interests and conform to the education law of development,both reasonable and legitimate operational mode of education and punishment,to ensure the junior middle school students' physical and mental health development.
