Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Education Punishment In Junior High School

In recent years,with the implementation of the new curriculum reform in junior middle school,the educational concept has undergone a fundamental change,emphasizing that students are the main body of the classroom,and all activities should be carried out around students’ interests.The starting point of the new curriculum reform is a good one.However,in such an environment,there is also another extreme,that is,the status of students pushed to an unprecedented height,students made mistakes teachers dare not,can not manage.The author is a teacher in Z city junior high school.It is not uncommon for my colleagues to cause quarrels and stir up trouble by punishing students who make mistakes.Teachers are always on the alert to educate students,for fear that they will be punished improperly by their parents with corporal punishment or disguised corporal punishment.Therefore,it will be of great help to the author’s own education and the work of his peers to propose solutions or solutions to the existing problems in the punishment of junior middle school education.Junior high school students are a very special group,they are in adolescence,in the mature and immature,the seeds of rebellion in the body is budding,the consciousness of self has been awakened.In the three stages of primary school,middle school and high school,middle school students are a relatively difficult group to manage.Therefore,the problems existing in the educational punishment of junior high school students are particularly prominent and intractable.The author used questionnaires to investigate the current situation of teachers,students and parents in Z city junior middle school about the use of middle school teachers’ punishment,and analyzed the data.The author also conducted face-to-face interviews with front-line teachers,at the same time,combined with their own education experience,really understand the reality of the use of teacher education punishment,listen to the voice of grassroots teachers,reveal the problems in education punishment,and analyze the causes of the problems.The author also refers to a large number of representative operational measures in the field of educational punishment at home and abroad.At the same time,according to China’s national conditions,the author puts forward reasonable Suggestions on the implementation of educational punishment for junior middle school students from the aspects of law,society,school,teachers and parents.As long as we formulate sound laws and regulations,advocate a rational public opinion environment,improve the school’s rules and regulations,and improve the quality of teachers in many aspects,we will form a standardized educational punishment,will also be a great help to the physical and mental health development of junior high school students,and will certainly achieve satisfactory educational results.
