In today's domestic and foreign schools,education punishment always exists in the education stage,which also indicates that there is the necessity of education punishment.With the development of science,people's ideological consciousness is also in progress,the education concept has been updated.In school education,the teachers began to pay attention to the basic rights and interests of students,the implementation of human nature education to students as the core,respect the personality and preferences of the students,the teaching mode of multi teaching.This paper from the education of punishment,taking ethics as the starting point,carries on the questionnaire survey of punishment for junior high school education at the present stage,in order to understand the problems of educational punishment,and on this basis,to put forward relevant recommendations to improve the humanitarian education punishment mechanism,that the use of education teachers to better practice in education to provide theoretical support for further punishment.To promote the healthy development of the healthy growth of students and education.Educational punishment meets the demands of human nature of education and contributes to the development of students' socialization.From the perspective of ethics,the intellectual virtues of educational punishment include three dimensions: humanity and freedom,justice and law,reason and consciousness.Humanitarian and freedom means educational punishment must start from individual students,is the essence of education punishment intellectual virtue;justice and law education punishment must be carried out within the legal range,in the face of any student can not be neglected,this is the education penalty must abide by the standards of education punishment must be rational;represent the understanding of the essence of education,to this premise under the education punishment.But found by the author in the junior middle school teachers and students conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews,the present stage of education punishment,there are still some problems,such as educational punishment at the policy level difficulties arise,which leads to teachers of educational punishment and not correct cognition;educational punishment limit needs to be considered,the implementation way of educational punishment is not perfect enough to implement the effect of educational punishment is not ideal.Many of the causes of the problems above,from the subjective point of view,cognitive moral values,subject operation and implementation effect of teachers of educational punishment is unknown;from the objective point of view,the education of junior middle school students and school lack of punishment system to weaken the education punishment function also makes teachers limited in the implementation of education punishment rights.In view of this,the author based on "respect","justice" and "understanding" of the foundation,put forward to perfect the mechanism of the development strategy of punishment education: one is to "respect" as the basis,standard punishment mechanism of humanitarian education;the two is to "justice" as the rope,establish fair education punishment idea is three;in order to "understand" for the media,improve the democratization of education punishment mode.Only in this way can we truly promote the correct implementation and function of educational punishment.
