Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Implementation Of Educational Punishment In Primary And Secondary Schools

Under the current background of appreciation education,educational punishment is often ignored by people.Under the influence of occasional teacher-student conflicts,parents' complaints,and teachers' dismissal,most of the teachers turn negative about "punishment".Some teachers implement educational punishment incorrectly,leading to campus safety incidents,damaging the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students.The reasonable boundary of the implementation of teacher educational punishment is the focus of the effective implementation of educational punishment in primary and secondary schools.The Ministry of Education's Educational Punishment Rules for Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)(effective as of March 1,2021)provides policy guidance and action guidelines for front-line primary and secondary school teachers to effectively implement educational punishment in practice.In this study,qualitative interviews,text analysis and other research methods are used to focus on the boundary of education and punishment.Through qualitative interviews,this study conducted in-depth interviews with teachers,educational administrators,students and parents,analyzed the current difficulties in the implementation of educational punishment in primary and secondary schools,and analyzed the causes of the difficulties;through the text analysis of China's relevant education policies,laws and regulations,education punishment must be legal,punishment according to law.The basic conclusion of this study is that the primary and secondary school education disciplinary regulation should take the high-quality implementation of moral education as the fundamental mission,based on the country,schools and teachers,optimize the system environment of teachers' teaching and school management according to law,guarantee and standardize teachers' performing the duties of education and management of students according to law,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students in an all-round way.
