Daoyin Gymanastics And Its Application Research

Daoyin Gymanastics is a kind of fitness exercise that combines breathing and exercising.As a piece of treasures in traditional Chinese sports culture,daoyin gymanastics has a long cultural history and a solid philosophical foundation.under the contemporary background,daoyin gymanastics still has a distinct sports significance.Practice has proved that applicating in university education is necessary,embodied in the guidance of surgery in college physical education has a wealth of educational value and social value.The application of daoyin gymanastics in the application of physical education in colleges also has certain feasibility,which is supported by sports culture policy,support of college physical education system and the completeness of itself.The application of daoyin gymanastics in college physical education can be described and explained by case study.Through the case investigation of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Wenhua College,it is found that daoyin gymanastics has the following problems in the physical education of colleges.correctly understand of the daoying gymanastics.and curriculum components of several basic elements: Outline,course standards,teaching materials is not complete,college teachers are relatively weak,the teaching environment is not appropriate,route of transmission is narrow.In order to solve these problems,we can construct a preliminary strategy system: first,the cognitive aspect,guide us to correctly understand the daoyin gymanastics;second,the course content,optimize the curriculum system,develop excellent courses;third,improving the teacher incentive system;Fourth,the teaching environment,optimize the guidance of the teaching environment;Fifth,the promotion of ways,through the activities of the community and related events to expand it way.The application of daoyin gymanastics in college physical education will become a new growth point of college physical education.In the context of the continuous strengthening of college physical education reform,the study of this subject calls for more innovative and practical research results.
