Objective: To explore the influence of Body Mass Index(BMI)on the physical fitness test indicators of college students,and to provide targeted physical exercise suggestions and implementation strategies according to the current body quality of college students.Methods: This paper uses literature research method,measurement,Pearson correlation analysis method in mathematical analysis method,one-way analysis of variance method,etc.,to research and analyze the physical function test indicators and physical fitness test indicators in the physical health indicators of college students.The physical status of college students,and the correlation between body mass index(BMI)and various test indicators of college students’ physical health standards.Results:(1)There is a correlation between the height and body mass index(BMI)of college students of different genders and various test indicators of the college students’ physical health standard.Female college students are higher than male college students in800m/1000 m running,sit-ups/pull-ups,sitting forward bends,standing long jump and other indicators,and are lower than male college students in lung capacity,50 m running and other indicators;(2)in In terms of vital capacity index,there was a positive correlation between BMI grades and vital capacity of college students.Among them,the P values of college students with normal,overweight,and obese BMI levels were all less than 0.05,showing a significant positive correlation,that is,weight had a greater impact on the lung capacity scores of college students with normal,overweight,and obese BMI levels;(3)At 50 m In the running event,the BMI grade of college students is normal and low weight,and there is a positive correlation between BMI grade and 50 m running performance.The BMI grade of college students is overweight and obese,and there is a negative correlation between BMI grade and 50 m running performance..Among them,the P value of male and female college students with obese BMI grades is less than 0.05,that is,weight has a greater impact on male and female college students with BMI grades of obesity.Within this grade,the greater the weight,the lower the 50 m running performance;In the forward flexion item,the BMI grade of college students is normal and low weight,and there is a positive correlation between BMI grade and the performance of sitting forward flexion.The BMI grade of college students is overweight and obese.There was a negative correlation between them.Among them,the P values of male and female college students with normal BMI grades and male college students with overweight and obese BMI grades were all less than 0.05,that is,weight had a greater impact on male and female college students with normal BMI grades and male college students with overweight and obese BMI grades;(5)In the standing long jump event,there is a positive correlation between college students with normal and low BMI grades and standing long jump scores.The BMI grades of college students are overweight and obese,and there is a negative correlation between BMI grades and standing long jump scores.relation.Among 0.05,that is,weight had a greater impact on male and female college students with obese BMI grades and female college students with overweight and normal BMI grades.Within the above BMI grades,the heavier the weight,the worse the long-distance running performance;(7)In the sit-up/pull-up item,when the BMI grade of college students is normal and the grade of girls is low weight,the BMI grade is significantly different from that of sit-ups/pull-ups.There was a positive correlation between the performance of pull-up,the BMI grade of college students was overweight and obesity,and there was a negative correlation between BMI grade and sit-up/pull-up.The P value of female college students with obese BMI grades is less than 0.05,that is,weight has a greater impact on the sit-ups performance of female college students with obese BMI grades.The greater the weight,the lower the performance.Conclusion:(1)On the whole,the range of body mass index of college students is mostly in the normal range,but the degree of obesity and overweight of male college students is more serious than that of female college students;(2)There is a certain correlation between the physical function and physical fitness indicators in the physical fitness test;(3)BMI overweight and BMI obesity have a serious impact on college students’ explosive power,speed quality,cardiopulmonary function,aerobic endurance quality and flexibility quality.Overweight and obese college students have lower lung capacity,1000m/800 m long-distance running,pull-ups/sit-ups,sitting forward bends,standing long jump,and 50 m running than those with normal BMI grades.Low BMI has a significant impact on the vital capacity of male and female college students,and has a greater impact on male college students’ pull-up.Suggestions:(1)The overweight and obese college students in the abnormal BMI group are not ideal for various physical fitness test indicators.Therefore,it is recommended that overweight and obese college students should pay attention to excessive intake of fat in their usual diet and develop good eating habits.However,it still maintains reasonable nutrition;relatively speaking,people with low BMI should pay more attention to the intake of nutrients in their diet,and they can consume fat appropriately to increase the body fat content;(2)Regardless of whether the BMI value is normal or not,college students should develop Good and scientific physical exercise habits,whether it is for strength,aerobic or anaerobic exercise,in short,you must move and not sit for too long.Female college students have unsatisfactory performance in standing long jump events.Girls should strengthen the strength exercises of leg muscles,and often do some exercises that are conducive to improving the strength of leg muscles,such as squatting and bouncing.Male college students have poor performance in the pull-up item,which is an indicator of strength and quality,reflecting the lack of upper body strength in boys and the unfamiliarity with technical movements.Boys should increase their attention to exercise,actively participate in arm strength exercises,and improve upper limb muscle strength,such as Push-ups,bench presses and other training methods can effectively increase muscle and achieve the purpose of improving upper body muscle strength. |
