With the rapid development of information technology,the way that people get information and learn knowledge has also changed greatly.More and more people choose to study online.Meanwhile,With the extensive utilization of MOOC teaching methods and rapid development of Mongolian informatization,Mongolian learners urgently need to follow the MOOC teaching development process and a fully functional Mongolian MOOC platform,consistent with the mainstream platform of the world to promote the construction of high-quality teaching resources in Mongolian and meet the development of Mongolian online education platform and resource construction,Thus the Mongolian MOOC platform came into being.In this study,the research status of MOOC teaching design and the theory of MOOC teaching design were further deeply studied,then the function,structure and construction of the Mongolian MOOC platform and the problems solved in the Open edx culture process were analyzed.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of “high school teachers’ teaching skills in information technology” course,this research designed in detail for it and provided reference model for Mongolian MOOC platform designers or teachers.The thesis is divided into 6 chapters.Chapter 1:Start with research bacgroud,the author analyzed MOOC research status at home and abroad and online courses teaching design research status quo.On the basis of above,the purpose and significance of the research are cleared and defined,and then according to the research content,selected the research methods,including literature analysis,questionnaire survey method and action research method.Chapter 2:Theory basis of MOOC online course teaching design was further analyzed and the relevant concepts were defined.Chapter 3:At the first,the Open edx platform and its development present situation were stated,and then the process of the construction of Mongolian MOOC platform,based on the Open edx,the problem occurred in Open edx’s culturalization into Mongolian,finally the function,structure and construction situation of Mongolian MOOC platform were introduced in this chapter.Chapter 4:Firstly,this chapter introduced the development of high school information technology course and combined with the ordinary high school information technology curriculum standard released by the ministry of education in 2017,the “high school teachers’ teaching skills in information technology” course was basically analyzed.Chapter 5:This chapter selected the first chapter of the “high school information technology teachers’ teaching skills” course and combined the characteristic of the course,The “high school teachers’ teaching skills in information technology” online course is designed in detail under the Mongolian MOOC environment.Chapter 6:This paper summarized the research achievement and the innovation points of this research,On the basis of the above,stated the deficiencies and the prospect of the research direction.
