| Secondary vocational education is an important part of China’s basic education,shouldering the important task of training skilled personnel for society.It is an important foundation of China’s economic and social development.The state also gives support and protection to secondary vocational education in terms of policy and funding.The development of the media has provided a new channel for the management of Secondary Vocational Students.However,students’ self-management is ignored,weak sense and lack of ability of self-management are obvious in secondary vocational school students.The problem of independent management of secondary vocational students urgently needs to find a breakthrough.Taking Liu Panshui A Vocational and Technical School as an example,this study investigated the current situation of students’ self-management through questionnaires,interviews and literature research.Through the dimensions of the teachers and students of the school self-management,the status quo,expectations,the We media understanding to investigate the basic situation of our school.Taking SPSS and EXCEL as tools,we collect and analyze the collected data,and find out the following problems: First,the school management system needs to be improved.Because of the school management focus not completely,and the implementation of the school-Teacher-student line management mode,non class teachers and students rarely participate in student management in.Second,teachers about students’ autonomous management guiding force should be improved.The reason lies in the teachers’ management concept is obsolete,although the teachers responsible for the management of students,the experience will not bring the scientific and rational management.Third,students’ independent management will have to be strengthened,mainly because secondary vocational school students’ self-control ability is weak,and they can not control their behavior well.Fourth,the use of network information technology in school needs to be strengthened,because it can not understand the impact of information technology on education.In order to solve a series of problems existing in the independent management of secondary vocational students,this study designed a management platform based on We Chat,and Weibo for the national vocational school.We Chat public number includes 3 level menu,campus dynamic,handheld learning,palm life,and sets up 13 two level menu.Weibo uses the theme week to provide students with useful information.Whether it is We Chat or micro-blog,the students are mainly self-management.At the same time,the following management suggestions are put forward: the school improves the student management system,organizes student management team;the school carries out propaganda and construction for the We Media;the teacher sets up a scientific view of education and provides more opportunities for students to exercise;guide students to use the media rationally and improve their ability to manage themselves independently. |
