With the coming of a new era of educational reform,teachers as an indispensable factor in the field of education,plays an important role in the quality and development of the school.Under the influence of many factors,such as national policy,society,school,individual of teachers and so on,with the development of vocational education of K secondary vocational school,the management management and supervision of the school is not in place,the teaching equipment and resources are decreasing;,The shortage of teachers and other issues,resulting in K in recent years,vocational secondary school teachers work pressure continues to increase.Teachers in the high-intensity teaching under the pressure of work ineffective,disobey arrangements,poor attendance performance and a series of negative emotions.The purpose of this study is to find out the current situation of the work pressure of K teachers and to analyze the main problems of the teachers' work pressure.According to the characteristics of K secondary school and the related experience at home and abroad,the author makes an investigation on the increasing pressure of teachers 'work in the aspects of school management system,teachers' personal and social factors.For the future of the school and the relevant educational administration departments to provide reference for teacher management experience.In this paper,the literature research method and questionnaire survey,K vocational secondary school teachers work pressure of the status quo and put forward the corresponding decompression countermeasure.
