With the deepening of the basic education and the reform of higher education,the professional stress of teachers is more common and prominent.Among all the teacher groups,it impressed us that high school teachers is suffering more pressure.From the perspective of human development,everyone is faced with pressure from different aspects.These pressures can be transformed into human motivation and then promote the all-round development of human beings,or become the constraint of personal development and the progress of human beings.At the same time,because of the individual difference,when facing the same type of pressure,the person's degree of reflection and the way of handling are different.Therefore,from a psychological point of view,human stress is,to some extent,the individual's response to the surrounding environment.In this study,220 questionnaires were issued in Zhongmu Town in Henan Province,with 206 questionnaires collected.The data were analyzed in detail.The conclusions are as follows.(1)the overall pressure of high school teachers is high;(2)the economic pressure of high school teachers ranks first;(3)the class tutors undertake relatively greater pressure;(4)young teachers' occupation pressure is relatively high;(5)high school teachers' professional stress decreases gradually with age.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes alleviating high school teachers' occupation pressure from the system theory perspective.It is necessary to draw the society's attention to high school teachers' occupation pressure,and it is also essential for the government,society,schools and teachers themselves to carry out their duties,and to do their force,for the sake of easing occupation pressure,promoting high school teachers' work efficiency and improving life quality for high school teacher,and then it is possible to build a socialist harmonious society.The government should play its full role in implementing good policies,improving teachers' wages and social status,maintaining teachers' dignity,strengthening teachers' belief in education to take responsibility for social development.High schools should play a central role in reducing teachers' occupation pressure.It is necessary for schools to adhere to the people-oriented principle,to optimize management system,to provide enough space for teachers' professional development.It is also essential for schools to build a fair environment,create a harmonious campus atmosphere and set reasonable expectations to reduce teachers' burdens.Teachers should fully play the main role in relieving occupation stress,treating external things rationally,and learning to lead a happy life.At the same time,teachers should bear in mind their original occupation intention,adhere to ideals and beliefs in education.Besides,teachers should master professional skills to improve themselves constantly,form good habits and learn to ease pressure by themselves.
