With the gradually deepening the reform of the national curriculum, the class teacher's occupational stress are increasingly visible, the paper three days of the class teacher as the research object, the level of occupational stress on the three days of class teachers for the preliminary study the composition of features, while three days of class teacher's occupational stress affects the behavior of their education, act of their impact on educational development of students. Especially in compulsory education, students not yet ripe for the values, morality is not determined, social capabilities are weak, the high occupational stress state for the third-class teacher of its educational activities may affect the intellectual development of students, academic achievement , personal growth and character development.In this paper, 10 schools for the third-class teacher as the object of study, using interviews, questionnaires and field observation were used to study the level of the temple that the composition of the class teacher job stress and its effect on education, behavior, reached the following conclusions:1, by gender, different school backgrounds, different age and seniority for the third-class teacher in the Entrance Examination of occupational stress, income, curriculum reform, family support, interpersonal relations, management, comparison students draw, third grade class teacher greater occupational stress.2, through questionnaires from students, family, school factors, curriculum reform factors, interpersonal factors, survival factors such as the level of pressure on the three days of professional composition of the class teacher to analyze the features obtained, the current third-year middle class teacher from the occupational stress many ways, these pressures do not exist in isolation, for the different schools, different ages and qualifications of teachers who have different effects, but it is also interrelated and interact.3, through the conduct of research on teacher education, identified the three days of the class teacher professional pressure behavior of both their education and conduct analysis shows that the greater the pressure three days of class teacher's professional conduct in education, the more extreme manifestations, such as would arise : corporal punishment, corporal punishment in disguised form of vicious incidents, resulting in students antagonistic, dissatisfied and so weary, a direct impact on student to teacher satisfaction and the pursuit of ideals and convictions, serious impact on their psychological health.4, caused by three days of research to find the class teacher job stress factors, and to propose the improvement and better attention to this group of mental health, occupational stress through the ease and improve the teaching behavior, to adjust the level of mental health, positive health mind the face of work, facing the students, so as to deliver effective teaching behaviors to the social, family, students themselves satisfactory answer.
