Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Elementary School Physical Education Teaching In The Urban Area Of Weinan

"Strong sports country",this is the stage of China's sports power dream,to realize this dream of going from basic education from children,primary school physical education is the basic education students contact sports,is the construction of sports power Pyramid foundation,comprehensive quality relates to the development of physical quality of teenagers in China and our future national physique.At present,the development of basic education in our country,especially in primary schools,has made great progress,but there are still many problems.Based on the above,this paper studies the current situation of primary school physical education in Weinan,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the current situation of physical education primary school,so as to provide some suggestions for the development of primary school physical education in Weinan.Based on How Net and other related channels to collect a large number of literature,and the primary school "sports and health" curriculum standards as a reference;using the method of literature,questionnaire,statistics,observation and other methods of Weinan city 10 urban primary school students in physical education and sports learning situation survey the teaching of hard and soft conditions to protect the school human resources condition,current situation of PE teaching,extracurricular sports activities status system.The survey found that,in all aspects of physical education in Weinan city are lacking,PE teachers the importance of scientific research is not high,teachers' training opportunities are few long intervals,the workload of teachers to pay is not proportional,cannot stabilize the teachers at ease work,urban primary school P.E.teachers have higher education and teachers,teachers in the fresh blood transportation shortage,no training reserve army training students to learn;lack of internal motivation is not conducive to the students to participate in physical exercise,long-term physical education,is not conducive to students' lifelong sports consciousness;deficiencies in the teaching of physical education is not perfect because of sports the students love and facilities offered by the school is not the same,the teaching method of teachers in teaching did not reflect the new curriculum Cooperative and inquiring new teaching methods.According to the shortcomings of city sports teaching,put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions: expand the school sports venues and other hardware facilities to provide material guarantee for the teaching of physical education,increase the input of funds,in physical education,deepen the reform of physical education teaching in primary sports will be incorporated into the scope of examination,inspire students' internal motivation in the teaching,the implementation of the university the teaching area,strengthening school tournament mutual learning,achieve win-win cooperation;to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the overall quality of teachers,improve the reward system to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,teacher training and fair treatment of job evaluation opportunities,reasonable arrangement of the workload of teachers to improve teachers' salaries,teachers' commitment to the cause of education.
