Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Physical Education Teaching In Junior High Schools In Xi'an

According to the new era of guide the general requirements of the development of school sports in China in Xi 'an city junior high school physical education teaching case study analysis,from the students,physical education teachers,sports teaching content,teaching aim,teaching method,teaching feedback and the sports teaching environment,the found problems in sports teaching,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through field research,combined with the actual situation of physical education teaching in primary and middle schools in Xi 'an urban area,analyze the existing problems,and put forward reasonable solutions and approaches;In order to improve the physical education quality of xi 'an urban middle school and promote the overall development of students' physical quality.This paper takes the physical education teaching status quo of primary and middle schools in Xi 'an city as the research object,adopts stratified sampling method,selects one key school and one ordinary school from each district of Xi 'an city,and conducts research and analysis on them by using literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods.The findings are as follows:1.In terms of the basic situation of physical education teachers,the title of physical education teachers is relatively low;The weekly workload is large.2.In terms of the teaching ability of PE teachers,some PE teachers do not carry out the teaching plan compilation;The content of assessment and evaluation is not comprehensive.3.In terms of students' feedback on PE class,some students have average or even dislike PE class;Lack of awareness of the positive impact sports can bring;Vague cognition of sports injury.4.In terms of physical education teaching environment,the sports venues,equipment and facilities of the urban middle schools in Xi 'an cannot fully meet the teaching needs;Campus collective extracurricular sports activities,school-wide competition carried out less,campus collective sports atmosphere is not strong;Physical health theory courses have fewer class hours in each semester;Students are not required to fully comply with the code of safe conduct.Suggestions: 1.Physical education teachers should seek their own policies in their positions,fulfill their duties and responsibilities,constantly improve their comprehensive teaching ability,and demand themselves as senior teachers;2.To further strengthen the construction of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Xi 'an urban area to alleviate the lack of physical education teachers.2.Teachers themselves need to implement the requirements of the Curriculum Standards,conscientiously formulate teaching plans and contents in accordance with the Standards,enhance professional quality and improve teaching quality.According to the "Physical Education and Health Teaching Guidance outline" to carry out diversified evaluation and assessment content.3.PE teachers should use reasonable teaching methods to guide students to actively participate in sports activities according to different students' personalities and interests,and cultivate students' tenacity and progressive will quality;Guide students to learn relevant knowledge,let students know that sports can bring positive impact;In the process of physical education teaching or health theory class,students are specially organized to learn about sports injuries,and take preventive measures with students to avoid and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries.4.Reasonable planning of school sports venues;Regular maintenance of equipment and facilities;Warn students to take good care of school public facilities and sports equipment.Schools should provide appropriate and reasonable funds for sports work and add equipment and facilities.The school shall strictly implement the requirements on the number of extracurricular activities and school-wide sports competitions stipulated in the School Work Regulations;Teachers should strictly follow the requirements of "Guidelines for Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" and offer corresponding physical health theory courses every semester.Imbue students with correct sports concepts,let students pay attention to safety regulations,and develop correct and safe sports behavior habits.
