A Study On College Students' Mobile Phone Dependence Behavior From The Perspective Of Superiority

With the rapid development and popularization of intelligent mobile phone,the use of intelligent mobile phone group increased rapidly.As a new media set fifth,voice communications,entertainment,information,network terminal,mobile phone payment platform is equal to one,bring convenience to our life and study has also brought a series of negative effects.As a result of mobile phone traffic accidents,personal injury,frequent apathy and other events,mobile phone dependence has gradually attracted people's attention.The contemporary college students as a "digital natives",has a strong learning ability and ability,and have more leisure time can use the mobile phone,therefore,the body The main force of the mobile phone for college students has become the object of this paper.A random sampling survey,the study of 468 students of Harbin H school among them,459 effective questionnaires,on the basis of "mobile phone addiction scale"(MPATS)the basic situation of evaluation of College Students' mobile phone dependence,and the combination of literature and participant observation data collected to analyze the manifestations and causes.Then,the author combs the theory of strengths perspective,from the external support factors,internal protective factors,the three aspects of construction of College Students' resilience self-efficacy factors,and combined with the three elements of mobile phone dependence resilience,college students group work intervention,the purpose is to reduce the irrational use of mobile phone for students,provided The university students' resilience,after 5 times of group activities,has reached a preliminary target.Because the students in a certain environment,the dependent behavior is affected by the internal factors,but also affected by the external environment,so the author also from the macro(individual,school,society)and puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion to prevent college students mobile phone dependence the internal and external force,to ease their mobile phone dependence is presented.Finally,this study concluded that the students' mobile phone dependence is generally good,but there are 28.5% students have mobile phone addiction,this part of the students is the potential object activities,a small group from the perspective of competitive advantage It is feasible and effective to interfere with the mobile phone dependence of College Students.
