In the rapid development of the 21st century,mobile phones are becoming more and more functional and convenient to carry.However,the progress and development of mobile phone appearance and system is a double-edged sword.While enjoying the benefits brought by mobile phones,groups from all walks of life in the society also have more or less negative effects,which are reflected in their daily study,life and work.Among college students,it also exists and performs prominently.As we all know,college students’ excessive dependence on mobile phones will not only hinder their learning,make them addicted to mobile phones,affect classroom efficiency and academic performance,but also have an adverse impact on their daily life and health,which may lead to insufficient sleep and social fear.This shows that college students’ dependence on mobile phones endangers their own learning life and future development.Therefore,it is of great significance to focus on the mobile phone dependence of college students,analyze its current situation,clarify the possible reasons for its formation,explore the adverse effects of mobile phone dependence on college students,and take effective measures to alleviate the mobile phone dependence of college students.Social work is a professional helping service activity.Based on the professional knowledge of social work and previous studies,this study takes college students with mobile phone dependence as the service object,and uses questionnaire,interview and other research methods to issue a mobile phone dependence measurement scale at s University in Jinan,to explore the negative impact of mobile phone dependence on college students,and to explore the causes of mobile phone dependence among college students,And seek solutions to the problem.On the basis of the above,relying on cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory,practical research is carried out by using the method of group work in order to help college students alleviate their dependence on mobile phones and return them to normal learning and life.This paper has carried out six group activities in total,and each activity has a clear theme.Through the comparison of the pre-test and post test data of the scale,the self-assessment of the team members and the assessment of social workers,it can be learned that the number of times and time the team members use mobile phones have been significantly reduced,their self-control has been further improved,and they have initially developed relatively healthy living habits and interests.Therefore,it can be concluded that it is necessary to carry out group work for college students who rely on mobile phones,and group work can reduce the degree of College Students’ dependence on mobile phones and play a mitigating role. |
