The emergence of smart phones has reshaped social culture and changed people's way of life.However,any technology is a double-edged sword.Mobile phones have become the norm of people's life at anytime and anywhere,so it is becoming more and more common that people wake up in the morning to check new news,pick up mobile phones to watch videos from time to time in the noon break,take out mobile phones to look at the circle of friends on the way home,linger late at night with different mobile phone applications,and sometimes even if they do nothing,they can't help turning on their mobile phones.Unconsciously,many people are more and more inseparable from mobile phones,and become mobile phone dependency.This unreasonable mobile phone use behavior has a negative impact on the individual's physical and mental health,learning,work and life.Especially for college students,they are in the transitional period of late youth and early adulthood.Their physical and mental development is not mature,and they are more likely to fall into the predicament of mobile phone dependency,affecting normal learning and life.Therefore,how to get rid of the predicament of mobile phone dependency and manage individual mobile phone use behavior has become a problem that must be addressed.This paper takes college students as the research object,and takes the loss of compensation hypothesis,group dynamics and social learning theory as the theoretical basis for analyzing and intervening college students' mobile phone dependence behavior.Based on the research results of mobile phone dependence and the needs of service objects,according to the intervention logic of feeling influence,finding demand,clarifying pros and cons,analyzing causes,exploring methods,planning objectives,controlling behavior and forming habits,the service scheme of group work intervention in college students' mobile phone dependence behavior is formulated,and the group work is carried out accordingly.In the process of group activities,social workers gradually guide group members to feel the impact of mobile phones,re-examine individual mobile phone use behavior,clarify the pros and cons of mobile phone use,inspire the understanding of the disadvantages of mobile phone dependence,and then establish a rational awareness of using mobile phones.At the same time,through discussing the causes and improvement methods of mobile phone dependence among team members,using and consolidating group experience in real life,they can manage their mobile phone use behavior.Achieve the goal of improving mobile phone dependence.The evaluation results of College Students' mobile phone dependence group show that the goal of this group activity has basically been achieved.The members have established the sense of rational use of mobile phones and managed their mobile phone use behavior.At the same time,members are satisfied with group activities.In this paper,the logic and strategy of mobile phone dependence intervention,as well as the path choice of school social work in the development of colleges have some innovative significance.However,due to the lack of theoretical learning and practical experience of the author,as well as the deficiencies of group work's design,there is still room for improvement in this paper.After the author's summary and reflection,it is believed that improving group work and enriching practical experience,promoting resource links and service convergence can further enhance the service effect,and more effectively improve college students' mobile phone dependence behavior.
