| As the technological transformation of smart phones making rapid progress for yeas,new forms of entertainment such as short video and online live broadcasting have become more popular.While having a subtle impact on people’s lifestyle and production,the problem of "Internet addiction",which has had a great impact on Chinese society more than a decade ago,seems to be emerging again.Teenagers,as one of the important fans of these new forms of life entertainment,have also become a group that relies heavily on smart phones.How to eliminate the negative impact of teenagers on smart phones has been tried by the social and academic circles from both practical and theoretical levels.However,there are few cases involving college students’ dependence on mobile phones in the form of case work,so the research in this regard has full practical and theoretical value.This paper takes the self-identity theory as the main theoretical perspective,with the help of social support theory,cognitive behavior theory,advantage perspective theory,etc.,to intervene in the case of Zhang’s excessive use of mobile phones.In this case,the unadaptability of the case owner to the interpersonal relationship and management mode of the university affected the acquisition of the case owner’s interpersonal relationship and learning motivation.In order to seek virtual interpersonal relationships,the case owner devote a lot of time to virtual social and mobile game play.In practical operation,social workers take advantage of the fuzzy boundary between "reality and virtual" of social platforms such as We Chat and Wechat Moments to improve the self-identity of the case owner,change the case owner’s mobile phone usage habits,and help the case owner through the current academic crisis under the condition of benign interaction between the case owner’s virtual and real social support.On the basis of the existing practice of "linking social support for the case owner" in social work,the paper tries to link virtual social support for the case owner with the help of the current network technology trend and the latest relevant research results,and has achieved good results.Although the case work is individual,this case intervention can still serve as a successful reference for similar cases in the future and provide a method reference for similar situations in the future. |
