The poverty problem is a comprehensive question related to many disciplines such as economics,politics and sociology,which is always concerned by the academic and society.As the general secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the idea call of " targeted poverty alleviation" during inspection in Xiangxi,Hunan Province in November 2013," targeted poverty alleviation" has become the top design of poverty alleviation at this stage.Urban poverty problem,of course,is also in the research scope.As of January 2017,there are 49000 families,82000 people involved,have townsman minimum livelihood guarantee in Beijing.The youth in this family face many unfavorable factors in life,learning etc,so it is hard for them to get opportunity or pathway to participate in social affairs.The author selected teenagers in poor families in Beijing X street as the research object.By quantitative and qualitative methods,investigate the education situation,parent-child relationship,medical condition,employment and other aspects of these teenagers in poor families.The survey found that sample objects had problems of low quality life,disadvantageous factors in parent-child relationship,lacking of education resources ect.On the basis of the research,according to the actual situation,and from the perspective of social work,anddrawing on the intervention model of poverty and poverty in the United States,put forward a feasible service scheme that the professional social work intervenes in teenagers in poor families.Help to reduce the negative effects brought by poverty,improve poor teenagers' personal comprehensive ability,give them a healthy and perfect growth.
