A Study On Coping With The Pressure Of The Youth In Urban Poor Families From The Perspective Of Family Resilience

Education is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.However,at present,young people from poor families are still facing great educational pressure.How to help young people from poor families to cope with the pressure of education has become an important issue.Based on the theory of family resilience,this study analyzes the educational pressure and its response of the youth from poor families in Beijing.In this study,qualitative research methods were selected to collect data through in-depth interviews.It is found that the positive belief system,clear organizational model and good communication process of poor families can help adolescents cope with educational pressure.Therefore,it is suggested that social workers should help poor families in three aspects: first,help them to enhance their confidence when facing difficulties;second,help them to strengthen their connection with their families;third,help them to strengthen their emotional exchange and communication with their parents,so as to help them cope with the pressure of education.
